Education
University degree, economics, finance, law or related field, with a proved knowledge of international matters.
Experience
General professional experience: a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience;
Specific professional experience:
- excellent analytical skills;
- excellent writing and ability to draft reports and complex technical notes for technical groups as well as for non technical ones;
- practical experience in the field of development cooperation with knowledge of ACP countries;
- practical knowledge of international financing mechanism;
- excellent computer skills, especially in Word and Excel;

- working languages: fluent English and French, both orally and in writing.
