Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop Amicorp’s business network while promoting the company’s products and services in identified markets
- Stay updated about latest local and international tax and compliance laws
- Function as a trusted point of contact for intermediaries and clients, ensuring that Amicorp delivers a consistent engagement model, across the key markets that we operate in.
- Analyze and help client organizations work out a profitable solution for tax and compliance needs
- Assist in the development of tax training material and facilitate departmental training on tax laws
- Analyze the tax impact and ensure that operations conform to international fiscal laws and regulations.
- Provide support on international tax structures and VAT issues to other Amicorp branch offices and clients
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree in Law, Accounting, Economics, Business and/or Administration
- 6-10 years total experience of working in a similar position with a tax advisory firm, law firm, trust or company management firm;
- Excellent English communication skills and additional languages preferred.
- Capability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic business environment
- Member of a recognized accountancy and/or tax body
