Position Description:
Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) is pleased to announce the following vacant positions for prospective and potential candidates to apply for six months contract employment.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Holders of Certificate in Records Management from a recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Verify documents at entry points/gates in Tanzania
-Registration of incoming/outgoing mail
-Filing documents
-Maintaining records of file movements
-Advising on proper use and storage of records
-Ensuring confidentiality, security and safety of records
-Ensuring cleanliness and quality of records
-Keeping files in cabinets and shelve
-Addressing outgoing mail
-Any other duties as may be assigned by Head of Section
Duration of Contract
-Six months contract renewable upon satisfactory performance.

Attractive remuneration will be offered to the right candidates.
General Conditions
Age limit: Not above 35 years old
The applicant must be ready to work at any place in Tanzania and beyond normal working hours.
