Mufindi Community Bank Ltd (MuCoBa) the first community bank in Tanzania invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacancy: Accountant Mufinga is a highly developing town (headquarter of mufindi district) located along the Tanzania-zambia highway about 80kms from iringa town.
Qualification:
Duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the finance and administrative manager, duties and responsibilities of a accountant will include the following:
i) performing bank reconciliation on various banks accounts
ii) proper management of assets
iii) timely preparation and submission of reports
iv) management of general ledger
v) Any other duties as may be assigned by higher authority from time to time.
Key qualifications
i) a candidate must have at least a bachelor degree or its equivalent in accounts from a recognized institution
ii) minimum experience of 3 years in banking sector
iii) computer literacy especially in ms word and excel for windows

i) Driving the vehicle of the bank and being responsible for the vehicle.
ii) Making sure that the vehicle of the bank is run in good order.
iii) Any other duties as may be assigned by higher authority from time to time.
Key qualifications
i) a candidate must have at least a secondary school certificate
ii) minimum of three years working experience
iii) certificate from a recognized transport college eg N.I.T
iv) Computer literacy, especially in MS.Word and Excel for windows.
