POSITION: COORDINATOR OFFLINE SALES & GSA
REPORTS TO: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER.
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Achieve the Precision Air’s Sales and Marketing Objectives in the assigned territory.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• To be the principal administrator for Precision Air in the assigned territory while safeguard PW’s image and interest.
• Drive the passenger Sales and Marketing plan and functions to deliver the set sales revenue, yield and market share
targets in the assigned territory.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance and market intelligence report.
• Monitor and evaluate performance and recommend action against all forms of competition.
• Organize and participate in events that will enhance the company brand and image in the assigned territory.
• Analyze and recommend to RM pricing division levels to deliver expected yield, margin and subsequently achieve
revenue targets.
• Participate in PW’s passenger revenue budget process as regards the assigned territory.
• Assess and propose appropriate incentives schemes for TA, Corporate travel, Consolidators, Government etc to increase
productivity, efficiency and maximization of revenue.
• Develop and monitor expenditure budget/actual and control costs in the assigned territory.
• Productive identify service delivery failures (OTIs) and escalate issues & impact to the appropriate controlling manager
and follow up actions thereafter.
• Participate in selling and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA) with GSAs & Offline sales outlets.
• Develop and improve sales and distribution strategies that will enhance PW position/visibility on the offline markets.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Achieve market share, passenger and revenue targets in terms of (yields, revenue and passenger targets).
• Visible revenue/ passenger number growth
• Incentive schemes for TA, Govt. and Corporate travel.
• The annual country revenue and expenditure budget plans.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
• University Graduate
• 5 years experience in sales and marketing management position.

• Business acumen
• Knowledge of airline business processes is an added advantage.
